ksx8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ksx8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering a ksx8 account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ksx8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If ksx8 determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, ksx8 will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and may void any winnings generated on the account during the period of suspected underage use.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ksx8 is operated for and targeted at players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ksx8 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ksx8 does not represent that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside of its target market. If you are accessing ksx8 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and ksx8 accepts no liability for such access.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not permitted to register or hold a ksx8 account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have been previously self-excluded from ksx8 or have had their account suspended or terminated by ksx8 for any reason; (c) employees, contractors, directors, or officers of ksx8 or any associated entity, and their immediate family members; (d) individuals accessing ksx8 using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• One account per person — multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited.
• One account per household — multiple accounts registered to the same physical address are prohibited without prior written consent from ksx8.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number is used for account identification, deposit, and withdrawal.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of any payment method used to deposit funds to your ksx8 account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ksx8 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ksx8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ksx8 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 KYC Verification

ksx8 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. KYC verification may require you to submit documents confirming your identity, age, and address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. ksx8 conducts KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your ksx8 BDT balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ksx8 does not charge a fee on deposits. Any transaction fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are your own responsibility.
• You must be the registered owner of the mobile wallet account used to deposit. Deposits from third-party wallets are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by ksx8 in writing.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ksx8 may delay the processing of a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirement having been met in full. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your ksx8 account.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

ksx8 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in BDT. ksx8 does not offer multi-currency accounts. If you access ksx8 from outside Bangladesh and your payment provider applies a currency conversion, any resulting fees or exchange rate differences are entirely your responsibility and are not reimbursable by ksx8.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by ksx8 are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and time limit for each bonus are disclosed on the relevant promotion page before the player opts in. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Welcome bonuses are available to new ksx8 account holders on their first qualifying deposit only. Reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and other periodic offers are subject to their own eligibility criteria. A player may only claim a specific bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. ksx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the bonus terms of a promotion already accepted and in progress by a player.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ksx8 prohibits bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures; or any other conduct that ksx8 determines, in its reasonable discretion, constitutes an attempt to exploit the bonus system rather than genuine participation in casino or sports betting activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, ksx8 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and suspend or terminate the account.

6.1 Prohibited Actions

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with the ksx8 Platform in any way, including for the purpose of placing bets, navigating the platform, or harvesting data.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Sharing your account with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the ksx8 Platform, including through match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification documents in response to a KYC request.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where ksx8 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, ksx8 reserves the right to: suspend or permanently terminate the player's account; void any bets placed or games played in connection with the prohibited conduct; forfeit all or part of the player's account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds; and report the relevant conduct to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law. ksx8's determination of prohibited conduct is final.

7.1 Player Tools

ksx8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from the account settings section: (a) Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts; (b) Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which you will be automatically logged out; (c) Self-exclusion — request temporary or permanent exclusion from the ksx8 Platform. 7.2 Age Verification and Underage Protection

ksx8 takes the protection of minors seriously. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you are aware of any minor who has accessed or attempted to access the ksx8 Platform, please report this immediately to [email protected]. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. ksx8 cooperates fully with any investigation concerning underage access to the Platform.

8.1 ksx8-Initiated Suspension or Closure

ksx8 may suspend or close a player account without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) suspected breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) receipt of a court order or other legal requirement to do so; (d) the player is found to be under 21 years of age; (e) the player has provided false registration information; (f) the player has been abusing bonuses or exploiting software errors; (g) for any other reason that ksx8 determines, in its reasonable discretion, warrants account suspension in order to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

8.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ksx8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within five business days of receipt.
